We at IMEDCO feel that our warranty expresses best our commitment to the end user. This can be summed up as: "We stand 100% behind our products and services.” For the most part, our products are guaranteed to perform according to specification for a period of five years, providing they are used for the purpose for which they are intended and are properly maintained. Exceptions regarding the period of warranty or other exclusions such as for bulbs or the contact springs around doors are specifically listed in the tender.
IMEDCO quality management is certified according to ISO 9001 and also applies to spares which shall be available for 15 years following delivery of an enclosure. Plans and drawings are kept on file for at least 15 years.
